Who We Are
We moved to the Kootenays in 2015 and have loved every minute. After spending about 10 years in Fort McMurray with careers in education, mining, emergency services and college athletics we made the move to Fernie where we opened 2% Realty East Kootenay. After hundreds of real estate transactions and a couple more kids we decided to fulfil our lifelong dream of owning an orchard. In 2020 we expanded our real estate office to include all of the Kootenays and we now also run a cherry orchard in the beautiful Creston Valley. Feel free to stop by the farm anytime to talk real estate or cherries!
